An immediate start opportunity exists for an experienced Sub Agent/Agent with extensive flood alleviation or flood protection experience. Your experience managing the project as well as working in collaboration with the stakeholders and consultants is eagerly sought after.
The duties for this post include –
- Close interaction/collaboration with stakeholders and designers
- Creating the baseline program for the works
- Managing all commercial, contractual and permits issues
- Managing resources and site staff
- Ensuring QA and H&S are achieved
The requirements for this post include –
- Extensive previous experience on flood alleviation/defence projects
- Proven ability as a Sub Agent/Site Agent for a tier one principal contractor
- Proven stakeholder collaboration
- Civil Engineering degree/diploma
- CSCS, SMSTS and first aid
