A full-time opportunity exists for Sub Agent/Agent with solid experience on civils projects managing the construction of reinforced concrete structures, pipework and earthworks as found on treatment works, recycling plants, large industrial factories, nuclear etc.
Duties include –
- Management of numerous smaller projects simultaneously
- Reporting to the Project/Contracts Manager
- Creating and implementing the program to ensure the delivery dates are met.
- Reporting on the costs and progress
- Managing and tasking the site delivery team
- Ensuring safety and quality is adhered to.
Requirements for this post include –
- Previous experience as a Sub Agent or Agent for tier one or Principal Contractor.
- Experienced in taking projects from beginning to hand over.
- Excellent staff management and motivation ability
- Solid civil engineering construction experience within NEC
- CSCS, SMSTS, Firs Aid and any other accreditations like AP, TWC etc
