CarmichaelUK are looking for a Sub Agent/Agent on behalf of a client.

The successful candidate will be the main conduit from designer to supplier to ensure all programmes (design/supply) are aligned to suit the delivery teams requirements. The ideal candidate will have temporary works experience.
Design
- Review initial draft detailing drawings from rebar detailers with site team (fixer foreman/engineers) for fixability and detailing QA and issue back to solve
- Progress to rebar detailing drawings to IFC status (signed rebar detailing design check certificate) , this can then be imputed to the dates onsite required to supplier
- Potentially aid site change issue with designers and engineers.
Supplier
- All correspondence to rebar supplier to be managed through this role
- Manage the order and delivery schedules with supplier to meet delivery teams requirements
- Review of all long lead items couplers and cast in to ensure ordered in time
- P6 quants forecast
Concrete
- Main point of contact to tarmac and weekly forecast/delivery schedule
- Review of ITPS to aid concrete pours
Formwork/Falsework
- All correspondence between supplier and site team once design has been issued for construction & material list/quote issued
- Manage deliveries/returns and check items received/returned are correct.
