A long term, inside IR35, opportunity exists for a competent rail Sub Agent/Agent. Experience taking a project from preconstruction to hand-over is sought after. Experience in bridge construction, earthworks, drainage, station upgrades and embankment stabilisation advantageous.
Duties will include –
- Creating and implementing WPP, TBS, risk assessments and site permits
- Monitoring and reporting on costs and progress
- Producing the quality documentation and manage all risks.
- Management of subcontractors and their delivery rate
- Attending Network Rail and site meetings
- Ensuring and implementing health and safety
Requirements for this position include –
- Extensive experience on rail projects working for a principal Contractor delivering value add projects.
- Preferably a civil engineering qualification
- Demonstrable civil engineering construction ability and know-how
- Commercially aware
- Excellent motivational and communication skills
- PTS, TWC, AP and First Aid
