We are looking for a Survey Coordinator who will be looking after administration and organisation of the Survey team on HS2 project in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Survey reporting and As-Built delivery
- Administration of Survey team processes and methodologies
- Management of equipment processes registers and calibrations
- Preparation of risk assessed method statements for the survey team
- Mentoring junior staff
- Initial point of contact and lead for Survey Subcontractors
- Integration of survey/BIM/GIS processes.
- Managing all UAV operations on the project.
- Survey Supervision
- Carrying out surveys- engineering, 3D scanning,
- Preparing survey data
Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Land Survey or Geomatics and / or relevant work experience which demonstrates applied knowledge of land survey procedures.
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior/Lead Surveyor.
- Membership of or working towards chartership with a relevant organisation – RICS, CICES etc.
- Up to date knowledge in Land & Engineering Surveying techniques.
- Experienced in Survey reporting and delivery for handover.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, processes, and procedures
- A self-sufficient and motivated individual who can build a team, develop strategy, secure resources, and establish processes for surveying.
- PfCO qualified with extensive UAV experience both in field and processing (desirable)
- Experience in leading numbers of teams, departmental organisation.
- CSCS Card holder.
- SMSTS (desirable)
