This role is perfect for a surveyor who is looking to undertake a role in which you will be working on multiple construction projects, all of which are high profile and which will enhance your existing skills and challenge you further.
Working for a well-established land surveying company, the Land Surveyor will be involved in high profile construction projects and as a company, they are continuing to rapidly expand their business. You will be based in London but with sites will be across the south east you will be working on multiple sites.
For this position, your key responsibilities and duties will include:
- To undertake general setting out , traverse, as builds, drawings.
- Work unattended on sensitive sites, on part time basis when required – covering for Senior members of the team who may be on leave, etc.
- Following the brief, you will be the client’s survey representative, and work with client.
- You will be pro-active in suggestions of areas needing attention.
- Deliver the project to the brief on time and on budget

The successful applicant will also need to have the following requirements:
- Good understanding of Land, Engineering Surveys
- Good understanding of ground modelling, setting out, data processing
- Good understanding of Leica Geo-Office, N4ce and AutoCAD
- Good understanding of Smartnet GPS site work and post processing
