Carmichael UK are recruiting for an experienced Surveyor to join a major HS2 project based in Buckinghamshire. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to one of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes, working alongside a Tier 1 delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out setting out and surveying duties across the site
- Producing accurate as-built surveys and records
- Supporting engineering teams with site measurements and data
- Ensuring works are delivered to specification and within tolerances
- Using surveying equipment such as Total Stations / GPS
- Maintaining survey control and ensuring QA standards are met
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Surveyor on major infrastructure projects (HS2 desirable)
- Strong setting out and surveying background
- Experience using Trimble / Leica equipment
- Understanding of earthworks, structures, or civils packages
- Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- Valid CSCS card
- Right to work in the UK
