The role:

CarmichaelUK are looking for a Talent Acquisition and Wellbeing Manager to promote and lead our talent acquisition, onboarding and wellbeing programmes both internally and externally.

The successful candidate will be looking for a challenge beyond the normal day to day, with a specific interest in attracting and developing the best talent both externally and internally to the business.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in talent acquisition, onboarding, diversity and Inclusion, and Wellbeing. You’ll be working with stakeholders to lead the execution of agreed-upon plans and campaigns from concept to final analysis, using data to report on the success of your projects.

Working as the HR, Training and Wellbeing Manager at CarmichaelUK you will be supported to achieve. In addition, our level 5 accredited Concept program helps individuals to understand and to create a high-performance mindset enabling you to challenge yourself.

About You:

This is an exciting opportunity for an established talent acquisition, training or wellbeing professional who is looking to broaden their skills and develop a new strategy. A few extra’s we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable experience in recruitment & people training/ development
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • An eye for improving processes and running end to end projects
  • Budget management
  • High level of IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with an ability to work on internal systems
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a busy environment
  • A team player who enjoys helping others
  • Self-starter who is very organised
