Technical Administrator - Utilities

£110 PAYE plus holidays

Carmichael are seeking an experienced administrator to join a leading utility supplier based in Leicester.

Administration duties are not limited and may include the following:
Operate office databases/systems and process relevant documents in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records at all times; provide information/reports as requested. Produce drawings and packs as directed.
Resolve internal and external enquiries providing written, telephone or face-to-face responses as appropriate.
Distribution of the operational teams whereabouts on a weekly basis.
Produce Team Talk sweep up listing.
Record and maintain the holiday / absence chart.
Maintain and replenish stationery supplies.
Carry out any other reasonable duty for this role.

Essential Knowledge, Experience and Technical Know How
Strong track record in successful project or operational activity administration & support
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience working to tight deadlines, prioritising tasks to demands and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Sharepoint
