I have an URGENT requirement for a Technology Manager to join a Tier 1 Main Highways Contractor on an SM project in Surrey. You will be running a team and managing the installation/maintenance of the Technology and Comms. for the new section of Smart Motorway near Gatwick. The project is programmed for completion in late 2019/early 2020 and this opportunity will be for the whole duration of the works.
The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Qualified to HNC or B/TEC Higher National Certificate in electronics/telecommunications engineering (or an agreed equivalent qualification),
- Proven experience working on Motorway communications or closely related systems.
- Good knowledge of HA communications infrastructure and standards.
- Good knowledge of HA testing / TMMM requirements.
- Able to manage a subcontractors
- Experience of working with the NRTS Contractor
