Our client is looking for a Section Engineer to manage with works taking place on Tideway West. This role will require you to be available to start by early March and works are expected to continue for 2 - 3 months.
- Shifts will be 07:00 - 1700 or 12:00 - 22:00

- Experience in reading reinforcement drawings and ordering reinforcement
- SCL Experience
- Experience in ordering plant and equipment, and preparing resourced programmes
- Able to supervise site operatives, accurately record work activities, and work alongside the site foreman.
- Experience of underground working and working in confined spaces
- Experience of management of the placement of reinforced concrete – Slip form shutter work experience would be particularly useful
- Competent in the management of testing concrete, preparation then implemented the control systems, compiling quality records
- Competent in quality documentation systems, compiling records for Inspection and test Plans
Qualifications
- HNC, HND or degree in Civil engineering, Mining or Tunnelling
