Our client, a main JV on HS2 is seeking an Undertakings and Assurance Data Manager to join their team in Birmingham. This is a freelance role for at least 9 months and is a great opportunity to be involved in one of the most prestigious civil engineering projects in Europe
Description of Activities to be undertaken
- To manage and report on the U&A data environment stored in the IBM Rational DOORs;
- To interface with HS2 and Main Works Contractors in updating and managing the U&A Compliance Statements in DOORs;
- To integrate updates to the U&A data environment received from HS2 with the current JV's system;
- To provide statistics and reporting data for the U&A data environment;
- To engage with the JV’s Supply Chain in gathering evidence from Subcontractors;
- To work with the U&A team in managing the evidence of U&A commitment compliance;
- To convey U&A Compliance data and requirements to other parties within Fusion.
Minimum Qualifications Needed for Role
- Experience of a requirements management through IBM Rational DOORS; not necessarily in the rail/construction sector.
- Skill and experience at using the Microsoft office suit, especially Excel.
- Experience of using BI systems including PowerBI and Qlikview.
