Having secured work on a number of prestigious projects, this established and expanding surveying company based in South London, is looking for a contract Utility Surveyor to work on a very high profile civil and build projects in the South East Region.
The right candidate will be running GPR and Electromangnetic Surveys on various Civil and Build Projects and will report directly to the Survey Manager.
Responsibilities will include detecting and mapping of the underground utilities with the techniques including Radio Detection (RD4000 and RD8000), Electro-Magnetic and GPR.
The right candidate should be able to do his own data processing, data interpretation and presentation of survey results, have experience on similar position and be computer literate and proficient in the use of Auto-CAD in the production of detailed and accurate drawings.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Familiar with underground detection techniques
Experience with survey instrumentation - GPS, Total Stations,
Competent user of 2D / 3D AutoCAD
Must hold a clean Driving License
