Amy is the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and is based at our London office.
Amy is responsible for undertaking a variety of administrative tasks, which include maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, organising meetings, preparing minutes, reports, letters and presentations, booking travel and accommodation and providing support to the wider recruitment and support teams as required.
In addition Amy is also responsible for processing client contracts to ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
