Belinda works as our Finance Manager based in our Thame office.
Belinda’s responsibilities include managing the Finance team, including Payroll, Credit Control, Purchase Ledger & Management Accounts. Belinda works with the team to ensure that service levels are met with regards to our Clients, Candidates & Suppliers and also the CarmichaelUK team.
Belinda is also responsible for managing the budgeting process, producing long-term business plans, controlling income, cash flow and expenditure and producing weekly reports for the Directors and Management team.
