Jane is our Senior Payroll Administrator and is based in our Thame office.

Jane is responsible for the weekly candidate payroll from initial receipt and processing of timesheets through to payments at the end of the working week.  Jane deals with PAYE, umbrella, and limited company payments.

Jane is also responsible for resolving all pay related queries including timesheets and deductions, as well as statutory reporting to HMRC.

In addition, Jane also oversees the Purchase Ledger ensuring that our suppliers’ invoices are paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of their contract.
